Set in this picturesque Irish seaside village of Greystones you feel as if you are in a remote unspoiled town but it reality you are about 45mins south of hustle and bustle of down town Dublin. This unique village is very quaint and is the location of Ivy Cottage. The Architecture designed by Arc Design respected the characteristic and details of the local architectural style. The house is set in land about one block from the sea, in order to profit from the sea views and light they made a daring decision and flipped the function of the house and placing most of the living spaces up stairs and the sedated spaces down stairs.  This was a complete success. The interior design for the upper level is open and airy with a modern seaside cottage feel. Everything in the upstairs is meant have a bright summery feel open to the outdoors.  The lower levels are warm, calm, relaxed with all the rooms colors designed a bit softer and more natural. The beauty of Ivy Cottage is how the interior and exterior reacts intimately with its environment.

Peter Mark Forestside hair salon provides a new look with a clean fresh Miami inspired style. The salon is bright and airy with minimalist modern glamour details. The design is quite clever with a back focal wall made out of white precast sculpted panels which gives the space a wonderful textural pattern. Sophisticated polished chrome details adorn the salon in the form of doors, moldings and trims. The space is offset with a soft dusty duck egg blue painted walls which give the feel of being near a tropical beach. The center focal point of the room is a large chrome spherical chandelier with it wave like sections that appear to be floating within the space. Luscious red velvet curtains fill the large glazed store front and that offsets the space with just the right amount of drama.

This extraordinary landmark building located in the heart of Liverpool , England is the site for this boutique hotel of glamour and luxury. The Royal Insurance Building has a listed exterior and interior constructed at the turn of the last century in a classical architectural style. Throughout the project the concept was to treat the building as an ornate jewelry box displaying its precious jewels inside. There was total respect for the building which was reflected in the approach to the design of interior. Always complementing and highlighting the grand architectural details the design merged modern and traditional furnishings and structures to create a space in side of a space. The result celebrates the glamour and style of yesterday and complements it with the sleek and modern designs of today.

This unique hotel designed in an understated luxury style integrates itself seamlessly into the historic Irish sea side village of Ardmore, and is perched on the spectacular cliffs that over look the Irish Sea. Everything in the Cliff House Hotel creates a feeling of casual sophisticated comfort with the right balance of warmth and elegance. Stonewalls run throughout the building contrasted by a fine collection of Campaign antiques which in turn is complimented with subtle modern architectural details throughout the building. No matter where you are in the hotel the design focuses your attention out towards breath taking views of the sea and cliff side vistas.

Natural materials are used throughout the space providing a visual connection between your health the environment as well as the well being of yourself and others. Kelly Pharmacy Health and Wellness Centre is inviting to a broad range of customers from the well educated to the inquisitive. As you walk around the pharmacy you will notice that it combines elements of nature to evoke the felling a calm and serenity.

Marissa Shipman, Founder & CEO of The Balm realized that there were a few simple products she needed to feel glam all the time. Then she decided that if she needed them, other women probably did too. So she went to Amazon, bought 11 books on how to make makeup and started mixing in her kitchen. “I went crazy. I had a web site designed, got incorporated, worked out a budget, and hired a chemist.” And the rest is history! Well, not yet but with her great ingredients, gorgeous colors and fabulous scents, Marissa is certainly making makeup history. Marissa has a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University. Through her Theater Arts major and career in television production, Marissa developed keen insights into present day American pop culture that enhanced her understanding of cosmetic trends. Marissa is glamorous and fun and her personality definitely shows through in her products.

STYLE CLUB, with it’sseemingly chaos of bright colours and mad patterns are courtesy of Garry Cohn. “I was thinking of Alice in wonderland as a punk rocker” as he describes the interior. But there is a method to his madness. “It works because of the scale, proportions and careful placement of the interior wall graphics because of this your view does not get lost in a barrage of patterns and colour. Also, the white tiled floor with its black inlayed hair clipping motif runs from the front to the back of the salon grounding all the colours and patterns throughout the space.” The best bit, surely, is the wall of convex mirrors, which reflect the design all over again. These are the sorts of looking glasses that pre-CCTV were found suspended in the corners of supermarkets. STYLE CLUB, with its 26 styling stations is part of a 70-strong Irish salon chain,Peter Mark,but it is designed as a true one off.
