Set in this picturesque Irish seaside village of Greystones you feel as if you are in a remote unspoiled town but it reality you are about 45mins south of hustle and bustle of down town Dublin. This unique village is very quaint and is the location of Ivy Cottage. The Architecture designed by Arc Design respected the characteristic and details of the local architectural style. The house is set in land about one block from the sea, in order to profit from the sea views and light they made a daring decision and flipped the function of the house and placing most of the living spaces up stairs and the sedated spaces down stairs.  This was a complete success. The interior design for the upper level is open and airy with a modern seaside cottage feel. Everything in the upstairs is meant have a bright summery feel open to the outdoors.  The lower levels are warm, calm, relaxed with all the rooms colors designed a bit softer and more natural. The beauty of Ivy Cottage is how the interior and exterior reacts intimately with its environment.

Ireland’s top hair styling salon Peter Mark commissioned a new college to train budding hair stylist for placement in their salons located throughout the country. The college is set in the heart of a trendy neighborhood in Dublin City and occupies four floors of a historically preserved building. The design brief was to cleverly integrate what was historically preserved with cutting edge “new” to provide an atmosphere that provokes creative inspiration. The design is sophisticate, unique and reflects the stature of one of the top hair design brands in the world.
